Dear Medical Coaching Partner:

I am so thrilled that you have signed up for Medical Coaching with me! I look forward to being your Medical Coach as we walk together along the path of Total Wellness, each step of the way. Our Medical Coaching will be done in a positive atmosphere under my careful guidance. I can promise that you will learn so much and discover improved health as you put my medical insights into practice.

Our sessions will bring you the best of preventive, alternative, holistic, integrative, and traditional medicine. Each session will provide practical tools to help you navigate the often confusing world of Wellness. And, the great news is that you don’t have to feel alone in trying to improve your health! I believe I can give you new ways of approaching your health challenges. I will work individually with you to find what wellness prescriptions work for your body, mind and soul. I look forward to sharing with you the many things that I have learned in my extensive study in multiple areas of holistic medicine.

Please read the instructions below to prepare for your Private or Small-group Medical Coaching Sessions.

Remember that no refunds for missed sessions will be given, since your space has been reserved. If for some reason you are unable to attend a Small-group Medical Coaching session in person, don’t worry! All Small-group Medical Coaching sessions will be put on video and provided to all participants after the class for further reference. Private Medical Coaching Sessions may be rescheduled only in case of emergency as long as 24 hours email notice is given.

Private Medical Coaching will be done on Skype, phone, or at Dr. Patty’s Vallejo CA office, whatever you prefer. Skype can be done as a video session on your computer, or as an audio session on your phone. You will need to download Skype onto your computer or phone. If you do not know how to do this, then you should choose your regular telephone as the means for your Private Medical Coaching session.

Please email me at info@pattybilhartz.com and let me know if you prefer to use Skype, phone, or Dr. Patty’s Vallejo CA office for your Private Medical Coaching sessions. I will reply to your email with your confirmed Private Medical Coaching Session time.

I will call you via Skype or phone at the time that we have confirmed for your 60-minute Private Medical Coaching Session.

Small-group Medical Coaching will be done on Skype in the privacy of your home. You can choose the way that you prefer to join the Skype class, either as a video Skype on your computer, or as an audio Skype on your phone.

If you have not used Skype before, you will need to download Skype onto your computer or phone. Please make sure that you log in to Skype approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled call. I will call you about 5 minutes before the class is to begin at the phone number that you have given on your Enrollment form. I will add each participant to the Skype call alphabetically, beginning with the first of the alphabet.

Please remember these things about the Small-group Medical Coaching:
1. Each session will begin with a 20-30 minute discussion topic, led by Dr. Patty, as described below.

2. The Q&A time for each session will follow the discussion. Please give consideration to the questions that you might want to ask. We all will benefit from your questions!

3. Small-group Medical Coaching Schedule
Session 1: Tuesday, July 14, 5:00-6:00 PM PST (7:00-8:00 PM CST)
“Feeling Fat, Frazzled, and Foggy (Part 1): Here’s Why You May Not Be Feeling Your Best”
Dr. Patty gives medical explanations why you may be feeling anxious or depressed, having difficulty focusing and concentrating, experiencing food cravings, and sleeping poorly.

Session 2: Tuesday, August 11, 5:00-6:00 PM PST (7:00-8:00 PM CST)
“Feeling Fat, Frazzled, and Foggy (Part 2): Sorting Through the Complex World of Hormones and Supplements”
Dr. Patty discusses how imbalanced hormones and inadequate nutrition can contribute to your feelings of anxiety, depression, brain fog, food cravings, and insomnia.

Session 3: Tuesday, September 8, 5:00-6:00 PM PST (7:00-8:00 PM CST)
“Conscious Choices: How to Improve Your Health in One Day”
Dr. Patty shares multiple medical insights and suggestions that you can put to use immediately to improve your health.

Session 4: Tuesday, October 13, 5:00-6:00 PM PST (7:00-8:00 PM CST)
“Heartfelt Choices: What You Need to Know About Stress and the Mind-Body Connection”
Dr. Patty explains how stress affects your body, mind and soul. She provides concrete ways to reduce and reframe stress in your life so that you can discover peace and joy, even in the midst of difficult circumstances.
